What should I do if intermittent water is discharging from my cylinder?

If water is intermittently discharging from your cylinder, this may be caused by a fault in the expansion vessel or an issue with one of the thermostats. You should call your service engineer and ask them to inspect your product.

What should I do if there is a constant discharge of water from my cylinder?

If there is a constant flow of water discharging from your cylinder, this could be caused by an issue in the expansion vessel or a valve. Please contact your service engineer urgently to ask them to inspect your product.

What should I do if there is no water flowing from my hot water taps?

If there is no flow from your hot water taps, this may be due to an issue with the mains supply. Firstly, check that your mains supply has not
disconnected. If the mains supply has been disconnected, open the supply valve or wait for the supply to be reconnected.

If the mains supply has not been disconnected, check any in-line strainers which may be fitted to see if there is a blockage.

If these fault-finding recommendations do not resolve the issue, please contact your service engineer to inspect your product.
