The Grant Aerona R290 air source heat pump has been recognised for Outstanding Innovation at the Plumbing & Heating Awards. The judging panel was so impressed by the Aerona R290 heat pump, that a new award was created in recognition of its outstanding innovation.

Speaking about this new generation heat pump, judges described the Aerona R290 as ‘redefining heating innovation and sustainability’ and said it ‘sets a new benchmark for low carbon heating solutions. 

Commenting on the award, Barry Gorman, National Renewables Sales Manager at Grant, who accepted the award on behalf of the company, stated: “We are thrilled to receive this recognition for the Aerona R290 air source heat pump range.
