Affordable Warmth Scheme

The Affordable Warmth Scheme helps low-income homeowners and private tenants in Northern Ireland improve their homes’ energy efficiency and reduce fuel poverty. Delivered by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, the scheme provides grant funding for measures such as insulation and heating upgrades, subject to eligibility and assessment, making homes warmer and more affordable to heat.

Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme

The Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) supports households and organisations across Northern Ireland to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. Managed by the Energy Saving Trust, the programme provides funding for measures such as heating upgrades, insulation and energy-saving technologies, with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable and low-income customers.
